Freedom Financial Institute offers a Math Prep Course designed to help you pass the Math portion of the real estate exam. The course is offered on Fridays from 9am - 1:30pm for $397 or Sundays from 9am - 1:30pm for $417.
The Math Prep Course includes, but is not limited to the following topics:
- Compensation, Commissions, and Fees
- Valuation
- Net to Seller and Cost to Buyer (credits and debits)
- Tax and Other Prorations
- Amortization
- Points
- Prepayment Penalties
- Loan-to-Value Ratios
- Measurements (square footage, acreage, volume)
ALL CLASSES CAN BE TAKEN LIVE OR LIVE ON-LINE ZOOM WEBINAR
Students can enroll in classes weekly. Classes are on a rolling schedule, which means you can start anytime.
Classes will start 1 week after your registration form is completed and class fees are paid.
Classes are held at the Freedom Center 837 East 162nd Street, Suite 7-8 South Holland, IL 60473
