Freedom Financial Institute offers a Math Prep Course designed to help you pass the Math portion of the mortgage exam. The course is offered on Fridays from 9am - 1:30pm for $149 or Sundays from 9am - 1:30pm for $169 or TBD.
The Math Prep Course includes, but is not limited to the following topics:
- Prepaid Expenses
- Payments
- PITI Payments
- Down Payment
- Loan-to-Value
- Income Calculations
- Debt-to-Income Ratios
- Temporary and Fixed Interest Rate Buydown
ALL CLASSES CAN BE TAKEN LIVE OR LIVE ON-LINE ZOOM WEBINAR
Students can enroll in classes weekly. Classes are on a rolling schedule, which means you can start anytime.
Classes will start 1 week after your registration form is completed and class fees are paid.
Classes are held at the Freedom Center 837 East 162nd Street, Suite 7-8 South Holland, IL 60473
